The Deputy Governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu has accused Governor Godwin Obaseki of ‘executive rascality and lawlessness’ over his reinstatement by a Federal Capital Territory, FCT, High Court. Shaibu claimed Obaseki had boasted several times in various quarters that Marvelous Omobayo remains the deputy governor until the end of his tenure.
