A care home company is seeking permission to build a four-storey block of flats on a car park. Hallmark Care Homes Developments Ltd wants to build between Bredbury House and number 78 Mount Ephriam, in Tunbridge Wells. The company owns the Chamberlain Court Care Home to the rear of the site.
