New Delhi [India], October 13 (ANI): Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena refused to meet a women’s delegation from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led by Delhi Assembly Deputy Speaker Rakhi Birla who were demanding justice for alleged sexual abuse of a female doctor by a Delhi hospital Medical Superintendent.
