Darren Bent believes reported Liverpool target Adam Wharton will emerge as the Premier League’s best young player during the 2024-25 campaign. The young midfielder has impressed since swapping Blackburn Rovers for Crystal Palace for a fee believed to be in the region of £22m and was also part of the England squad for Euro 2024, although he failed to play a single minute for the Three Lions.
