(The Center Square) – A high-ranking El Salvadoran gang member and fugitive was arrested at one of the busiest airports in Texas on Monday, wanted on a range of terrorism-related charges. On June 9, Cesar Humberto Lopez-Larios, a high-ranking leader of the El Salvadoran gang, La Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13), was arrested by Federal Bureau of Investigation and Homeland Security Investigations agents at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston.
