Hong Kong has issued more than 120,000 work visas in the first 11 months of this year to counter a wave of emigration from the city, with 77.5 per cent going to mainland Chinese. The figures were provided by the Labour and Welfare Secretary Chris Sun on Wednesday in response to a lawmaker’s question.
