A toddler born with a rare liver disease given just two years to live by doctors is celebrating her second birthday after undergoing a life-saving transplant. Gracie Harwood, from Strood, is lucky to be alive after being diagnosed with Biliary astresia – a blockage in the liver – at just eight weeks old.
