A traditional 17th-century inn has been commended for its efforts in the kitchen department. The Gin and Trap Inn in Ringstead, near Hunstanton, won three AA rosettes at an awards ceremony in London on February 27. The AA rosettes are handed out as part of a nationwide scheme which assesses the quality of food served by restaurants and hotels, with five available to win.
