Fabrizio Romano has claimed that he has just heard something that doesn’t make any sense to him regarding Chelsea’s interest in signing Victor Osimhen. He took to YouTube to state that despite rumours elsewhere, the two clubs are not discussing any sort of deal where a signing for the end of the season would be discussed now.
