Jamie Carragher has now been comparing how Bayern Munich are deploying Harry Kane in a similar way to Tottenham Hotspur often did. Kane’s Bayern side were frustrated in the Champions League last night, losing 1-0 away to Lazio. The defeat will have done very little to ease the pressure on Thomas Tuchel, who is failing to live up to Bayern’s lofty standards. And Kane’s pursuit of major trophies in Germany may now have to wait another season unless things quickly turn around.
