The European Commission has announced the recipients of a €500 million ($545 million) fund created last year to ramp up production of ammunition in Europe. The money will go to 31 separate projects in the European Union and Norway. It comes from a fund established in July 2023 called the Regulation on Supporting Ammunition Production, or ASAP.
