Just before the spring window of the 2024 NCAA transfer portal closed, former Indiana Hoosiers defensive back Kobee Minor opted to enter the portal in search of a new home for the 2024 campaign. Minor, who is also a former Red Raider, has had his fair share of interest from programs across the nation.
