After several difficult years, Germany’s chemical industry is seeing the first signs of a potential turnaround, the leader of the German Chemical Industry Association (VCI) said on Friday. Since February, some individual companies have been reporting a slight improvement regarding orders, especially with orders from abroad, the VCI’s managing director, Wolfgang Große Entrup, said in a a statement.
