Donald Trump former adviser Peter Navarro is out of tries to keep himself out of jail. On Thursday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit issued an order denying Navarro’s request to remain free while he appeals his conviction for contempt of Congress — a decision that will force him to report to jail next Tuesday to begin serving his four-month sentence.
