Hamas said on Sunday that some 15 were killed and dozens injured in an airstrike on a school in the Nuseirat refugee camp in the centre of the Gaza Strip. The Israeli military previously said it targeted several of the Palestinian extremist group’s fighters in the area of a school belonging to the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), which they say was being used by Hamas as a hideout and operations base.
