A man who is now incarcerated is facing additional criminal charges after authorities alleged he viewed more than 40,000 files containing child sexual abuse while on parole. Rahvae Richards, 32, of Hackensack, was taken into custody by parole officers on Feb. 9 after it was suspected that he was violating the conditions of his release by possessing child pornography, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office said in a news release.
