TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa Police are investigating the discovery of a body in the Hillsborough River near Rowlett Park. Around 1:30 PM on Monday, October 14th, officers responded to a report of a body in the water. The Tampa Police Marine Unit recovered the deceased, identified as an adult Black male.
