Concerns are growing for the welfare of a missing man. Nicholas Brooks was last seen in the Broadlands Avenue area of New Romney at around 10:30pm last night (September 14). The 54-year-old is white with a slim build. He was last seen wearing a light grey short sleeve t-shirt, camouflage trousers, a navy blue hoodie and sandy-coloured boots. Anyone who has seen Nicholas or knows of his whereabouts is urged to call 999, quoting reference 15-0319.
