A former model train shop is set to be given a new lease of life as part of a six-figure investment. The former premises of The Signal Box in Rochester High Street are to become a Costcutter-backed convenience store following a successful conversion bid. An application to sell alcohol at the shop was approved by Medway Council today (October 15).
