Ukraine has begun negotiations with Luxembourg on the conclusion of a security guarantee agreement, according to the Office of the President of Ukraine. It is noted that the start of work on the document was agreed upon by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Luc Frieden, during a phone call the day before.
