More than 30 civilians have been injured in a Russian airstrike on the city of Kharkiv in north-eastern Ukraine, officials said on Sunday. President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Telegram a high-rise residential building was hit and that a fire broke out between the 9th and 12th floors.
