Donald Trump should face trial before the 2024 presidential election, a pro-democracy group said on Wednesday. In an amicus brief, the anti-authoritarian group Protect Democracy advised the U.S. Supreme Court that Trump was trying to delay his federal election subversion case beyond the 2024 election.
