Mutual shelling on the border between northern Israel and southern Lebanon resulted in fatalities on both sides on Wednesday. A woman and her two children were killed when Israeli airstrikes targeted a village in southern Lebanon, amid fears the conflict may worsen in the border area north of Israel as well as deepen within Gaza.
