By Yelena Mandenberg Police were called to a home in Holts Summit on Feb. 5 when building management said they found a bloody hatchet, a dismembered dog, and a ton of blood in the garage. After an investigation, police arrested Elijah Paul Juarez, 23, and charged him with 12 different felonies. Authorities searching the home found the bloody hatchet along with bloody scissors.
