A dispersal notice remains in place in Newbury. Police were authorised to implement the section 34 order last night (Sunday), after members of the public reported concerns about groups of youths gathering. The concerns were raised about the Ewing Way and Dickens Walk areas off The Nightingales. The notice allows a police officer or PCSO to order people to leave the defined area to prevent anti-social behaviour and crime.
