The manager of a care home has been named a finalist for a prestigious leadership award. Debbie Cook, the home manager at Bowbridge Court, Newark was shortlisted in the Excellence in Leadership category in the Ideal Care Awards. Hosted by provider Ideal Carehomes, the awards seek to recognise the hard work and dedication demonstrated by team members across all 36 of the providers’ care homes.
