A 24-year-old man allegedly strangled his grandmother to death at a Virginia nursing home with the help of his mother, the victim’s daughter. Cleo Ann Loizides, 81, was found unresponsive on June 30 at Commonwealth Senior Living, according to Norfolk Police. Officies arrived to the home just before midnight and pronounced Loizides dead at the scene.
