A rapist who sexually assaulted a woman and then went on to rape another in Cambridge has been given a 17-year sentence. Sean Spooner, 33, approached the first victim at a venue in Cambridge in the early hours of Tuesday, 28 June, 2022. After speaking to her on a few occasions, Spooner later began kissing her and became aggressive, touching her inappropriately, despite her asking him to stop.
