The German division of management consultancy firm Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is planning to hire over a thousand new employees in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Eastern Europe this year due to flourishing business, it announced on Monday. Last year, the company increased its global turnover by 5% to $12.3 billion. The German-speaking countries and their eastern neighbours are part of BCG’s Central Europe division, which achieved double-digit growth, the company said.
