TAMPA, Fla. – TheTampa Police Department has announced the arrests of two individuals in connection with the deadly shooting that occurred in the 500 block of South Howard Avenue last month. Jakhari Filmore, 25, and Darryl Hill, 24, have both been charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm (Felony).
