Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State, on Friday, released 23 correctional inmates. The governor released the inmates during visits to all the custodial centres in the state ahead of the Eid-el Kabir festival to extend his hands of love to the inmates. Also, cases of 18 lifers were reviewed: 10 lifers had their sentences commuted to 21 years imprisonment, six lifers had their sentences commuted to 10 years imprisonment, and two lifers had their sentences commuted to two years imprisonment.
