Medical staff looking after premature and critically ill babies have been gifted a new training device aimed at honing their skills before heading to the ward. West Berkshire charity New Life Special Care Babies has funded a Premmie Anne manikin, which will be used by the Neonatal Department of the North Bristol NHS Trust. Called Premmie Anne, it is hoped it will enhance the department’s critical training for youngsters in need of care at the very start of their life.
