A large former office building in central Newbury, which is currently being converted into flats, has been put on the market. Planning permission to convert the former Bayer headquarters on Strawberry Hill into 191 flats was granted in 2018 and the large 100,063 sq. ft complex is part way through its residential conversion. Bayer House has been brought to market by property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall along with two other part-complete residential conversion projects, one in Bolton and the other in Newcastle.
