Former Chelsea star, Joe Cole has warned Arsenal that they need to pay more than £100 million to sign Aston Villa’s Douglas Luiz. Cole feels Luiz is currently outperforming Chelsea’s big-money signing Moises Caicedo. Luiz is one of Arsenal’s top midfield targets ahead of the January transfer window.
