A former lawyer who is hoping to take the spot as South West Norfolk MP is planning to walk 150 miles across the constituency with an aim of hearing residents’ concerns. James Bagge, who announced earlier this year that he will be running for the seat against Liz Truss and Labour’s Terry Jermy, will complete the walk – which is split into ten different zones. He has now launched an official campaign today. The former High Sheriff of Norfolk has claimed Ms Truss’ recent actions are “cavorting with right-wing extremists in the US”.
