A new shop pledging to offer “some of the best ice cream in the UK” has applied to open in Cambridge. Spoonstruck has primarily sold its ice cream at markets around Cambridgeshire so far but now wants to take over a shop at 6 King’s Parade, formerly occupied by Inner Space Cambridge, a meditation centre and book shop.
