Drivers have been warned of planned closures to the Blackwall Tunnel this weekend which could cause major traffic delays. The tunnel is set to close on Saturday, August 17, from 00:01 and will not reopen until Monday, August 19, at 5am, Transport for London announced. The tunnel closure is to allow further work to be done on a new road layout on the A102, as part of the Silvertown Tunnel Project.
