A Maltese flagged commercial ship has been struck by a missile fired from Yemen. British maritime security firm Ambrey said a Malta-flagged Greek-owned bulk carrier was reportedly targeted and impacted by a missile, while transiting northbound in the Red Sea. The incident occurred 76 nautical miles north west of Yemen’s port city of Saleef. The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) also said it received a report of an incident 100 nautical north west of Saleef.
