Representatives of the International Monetary Fund have arrived in Kyiv. They will discuss the budget and taxes, according to Vahram Stepanyan, IMF Resident Representative in Ukraine. “A team of IMF specialists led by Gavin Gray begins meetings in Kyiv today with representatives of the Ukrainian authorities and other partners.
