The Israeli army on Friday called on residents in the north of Khan Younis and in the east of Deir al-Balah in the Gaza Strip to flee before a new military operation there begins, following rocket and mortar firing from the area toward Israel. “The Hamas terrorist organization has established terrorist infrastructure in an area defined as a Humanitarian Area,” the army said on Telegram.
