EV giant Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA) settled a racial discrimination lawsuit with former employee Owen Diaz. What Happened: The lawsuit was filed by Diaz, a Black man who worked as an elevator operator at Tesla’s Fremont, California factory in 2015.
