Authorities arrested a 12-year-old Iowa boy accused of fatally shooting his 13-year-old female friend over the weekend. Police responding to a report of a shooting at an Eldora, Iowa, home Sunday evening discovered the yoiung classmate of the alleged shooter dead and took the male juvenile suspect into custody, according to the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation.
