Former New York city mayor Rudy Giuliani is fighting to hold onto his assets after losing a $148 million defamation judgment in December. On Friday, creditors filed a motion in New York Bankruptcy Court seeking to compel the sale of Giuliani’s luxury condominium in Palm Beach, Florida in an effort to get him to start paying down the judgment.
