Poland’s former deputy minister of justice Marcin Romanowski has been arrested on suspicion of corruption. The arrest is in connection with irregularities involving a foundation for victims of crime, the public prosecutor’s office in Warsaw announced on Monday. Romanowski is being investigated on suspicion of 11 criminal offences, including suspicion of membership of a criminal organization.
