STATE COLLEGE — Penn State football opened a portion of practice to reporters on Tuesday night as it kicked off drills during its second and final bye week of the 2024 season. The atmosphere was relaxed as the 6-0 Nittany Lions worked inside of Holuba Hall on a 50-degree night that saw rain start on and off on an otherwise sunny evening here. Fundamentals were the name of the game while the media was on hand.
