Demonstrators in Georgia once again took to the streets of Tbilisi on Monday to protest against a draft law aimed at restricting foreign funding to non-governmental organizations. Thousands gathered in front of the parliament building in the Georgian capital where the law, which opponents say is styled after similar Russian legislation, was being hotly debated.
