A New Jersey councilman is facing criminal charges after it was alleged he inappropriately touched a woman at a residence in North Jersey. Matthew P. Conlon, 32, a West Milford councilman, was charged by complaint on Thursday with fourth-degree criminal sexual contact and harassment, a disorderly persons offense, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
