Montvale (N.J.) St. Joseph Regional three-star running back John Forster has committed to the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, he announced Saturday afternoon. Forster took his official visit to Rutgers the weekend of May 31. He chose the Knights despite taking multiple unofficial visits to Penn State earlier this spring.
