Hertfordshire County Council claims it cannot change the design and location of a new puffin pedestrian crossing in Rye Street. Cycle Stortford has slammed the proposals, saying they will put a spoke in the wheels of plans for a new cycle and walking path from Grange Paddocks to St Michael’s Hurst.
