The Houston Texans are trading Cam Akers to the Minnesota Vikings, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. He previously played for Minnesota last season before arriving in Houston to back up Joe Mixon this year. As part of the deal, the Texans will get a 2026 conditional sixth-round pick for Akers and a 2026 conditional seventh-round pick.
